JamForce is a personal Salesforce learning resource and blog at jamforce.nz.
This policy explains what information is processed when you use the site, why it is processed, which service providers are involved, and the choices available to you.

- If you contact us, we receive the details you submit through Formspree, our contact form provider.

Information We Collect

Section titled “1) Information you provide directly”If you use the contact form, you choose to provide information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content
The form is processed by Formspree and delivered to JamForce. We use the information to respond to your enquiry and manage any necessary follow-up.
2) Information collected automatically
Section titled “2) Information collected automatically”When you browse JamForce, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver, protect, and measure the site. Depending on the service involved, this may include:
- Requested pages and referring URL
- Browser, device, and operating system information
- IP address, traffic routing information, and approximate country or region
- Page-load performance and timing information
When Google advertising is active, Google and participating advertising partners may also process information such as cookie or browser identifiers, IP address, device information, consent choices, and ad impressions or interactions.
How We Use Information

- Operate and improve the website
- Understand which content is useful and how the site performs
- Serve and measure advertising
- Respond to enquiries and support requests
- Help detect abuse, fraud, or technical issues
Site Delivery, Analytics, and Cookies
Section titled “Site Delivery, Analytics, and Cookies”Cookies are small files stored on your device. They help websites and service providers remember preferences, measure usage, and support advertising.
JamForce uses the following services and technologies:
- Site delivery and security: Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, and protection against malicious traffic. These services process network and request information as part of delivering the site.
- Cookie-free analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page usage and performance without using cookies,
localStorage, or individual fingerprinting. - Advertising technologies: When Google AdSense is active, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve and measure advertising.
- Consent choices: Where Google’s consent message is shown, Google may store or communicate the choices you make so that those choices can be respected.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect advertising and some site functionality.
For eligible visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google’s European regulations message provides Consent, Do not consent, and Manage options choices when advertising and the message are active.
After making a choice, you can use the Privacy and cookie settings link shown at the bottom of pages where Google’s message is available to review or change that choice.
Advertising and Google AdSense
Section titled “Advertising and Google AdSense”JamForce may display ads served by Google AdSense. Advertising may not be active for every visitor or on every page.
Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Serve personalised or non-personalised ads, depending on your choices and settings
- Personalise ads using visits to JamForce and other websites when you have permitted this
- Limit repeated ad impressions
- Measure ad performance
- Help detect invalid traffic and fraud
When applicable, Google’s consent message provides details about the advertising partners involved.

Third-Party Services
Section titled “Third-Party Services”JamForce relies on these service providers:
- Cloudflare: site hosting, content delivery, security, and Web Analytics. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation.
- Google AdSense and Google’s consent platform: advertising, measurement, consent choices, and fraud prevention. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Formspree: contact form processing and delivery. See the Formspree Privacy Policy.
These providers process information under their own terms, policies, and retention practices. JamForce does not receive or control all the information they process.
International Data Transfers
Section titled “International Data Transfers”Cloudflare, Google, and Formspree operate internationally and may process information outside the country where you live. Their privacy policies explain their data-handling practices and safeguards.
Data Retention
Section titled “Data Retention”- JamForce keeps contact enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage necessary follow-up, and protect the site.
- Cloudflare, Google, and Formspree manage information held in their systems according to their own settings and retention policies.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Section titled “Your Privacy Choices and Rights”Depending on your location and circumstances, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held directly by JamForce.
To make a privacy request, use the JamForce contact form. Please provide enough detail for us to understand and respond to your request.
You can also:
- Control cookies through your browser settings
- Control ad personalisation through Google Ads Settings
- Review or change your Google consent choice using the Privacy and cookie settings link when it is available
Children’s Privacy
Section titled “Children’s Privacy”This site is intended for a general audience and is not designed for children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the contact form, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
Section titled “Changes to This Policy”We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and the effective date will be revised.
